This neck and shoulder cooler works, as with all Aqua Coolkeeper cooling products, by evaporation technology. This will cool your neck and shoulder! To activate cooling, immerse the product in water and gently squeeze the cooler to remove excess water.

This cooling product cools by evaporation of the water and can be reactivated and used again without any problems after use. The product is lightweight and durable.
